Baj was always in the kitchen with Dad, grabbing ingredients from the fridge, opening tins and passing spices from as many cupboards as she could reach! Despite always wanting to be chef and not little helper, over the years she picked up a wealth of knowledge about food, cooking and - most importantly - chilli.
Chilli is, and always has been, a staple ingredient in our household and we LOVE it!
When Dad passed away, Jugpreet continued to spend lots of time in the kitchen. She loved making his hot sauce and began sharing it with friends and family. It was always a hit and we started to think that we should share it a bit more.
In 2014 we launched our Original hot sauce at Greenwich Market. Since then we’ve added two more varieties: Smokin’ Sister and Mum’s Mango. Each sauce is named after a member of our family and you can find us selling them in Greenwich every Sunday.
You haven't had a good hot sauce until you’ve had a Baj’s Blazin’ Hot Sauce. We hope you like them and spread the word!
