Champagne Bollinger was established in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and to this day is still family owned. Benefitting from ownership of 164 hectares of vineyards in the finest Premier and Grand Cru sites the highest quality fruit is secure, the majority of which is Pinot Noir.

Special Cuvée is made from a majority of reserve wines, a significant part of these wines have been fermented in mature oak barrels before being transferred into magnums, which are then stored under cork in Bollinger’s cellars for as long as 12 to 15 years, with a minimum of 5. These wines are then blended with wines from the two latest harvests.

Perfect chilled as an aperitif, or served with shellfish.
