Our winemaking philosophy is to produce the very best Côtes du Rhône Rosé we can. To make 'Les Cerisiers' we select from vineyards with the intention of making rosé, nothing else. We once again journeyed across the Rhône river, to vineyards on the right bank close to Tavel and further south from Jonquiers, to source varieties naturally suited to rosé – Grenache Noir for body and Syrah for a touch of spice and a drop of Cinsault adding a vivid Mediterranean freshness to the finish.
