The leading international brand of Canadian whisky has been produced in Ontario State since 1858. Production uses the finest Canadian grains in the mash bill, including high percentages of rye, rye malt, barley malt together with corn, each grain/malt is mashed fermented and distilled separately. The various distillates are combined before aging by the Master Blender who creates a blend, according to the original recipe, which is left to age in white-oak American bourbon barrels, for up to 6 years which contributes to its smooth rich flavour.

Tasting note:

Bright gold. Fresh and soft, with an almond nuttiness, hint of peppery spice. Spicy and zesty rye character, complimented with hints of rich oak and sweet vanilla, the finish is dry with subtle oak flavours.
