One of the oldest family-owned houses in Champagne, enjoying seven generations of uninterrupted ownership since the late 1700s. Unlike other “Grande Marques” the family focuses on developing strong bonds with the world of gastronomy. Champagne Henriot is found in some of the finest independent retailers and restaurants in the UK; where appreciation for quality and finesse is held in higher esteem than glitzy marketing.

Brut NV is aged for four years before release (three on lees and one in bottle), the house speciality of Blanc de Blancs is aged for an extra year and all the larger formats are aged for an extended period relative to their size.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay

FOOD MATCHING NOTE:
Perfect by itself, but as a complex wine is also a good match with canapés, fish and chicken. Try with Caviar if you're feeling decadent.
