La Brise Marine is a sumptuous, generous, vibrant blend of 70% Bourboulenc, 20% Rousanne and 10% Marsanne.

The Bourboulenc element is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and aged on its fine lees for six months, whilst the Marsanne and Rousanne are vinified in barrique.
