Patrice Pagès is the nephew of the late Marc Pagès of La Tour de By. Château Fourcas Dupré is a 44-hectare property situated in the Commune of Listrac, with vines averaging 25 years old. The soils are a mixture of gravel and sandstone. The blend is made up of 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 44% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot.

It is vinified under temperature control in a combination of wooden and stainless steel vats and is aged for 12 to 18 months in barrique (1/3 new). Classic Médoc. The wines here also get better and better.
