This is lovely unadulterated pure, fine, perfumed cognac. A family domaine and distillery. 48 hectares of prime vineyard in the heart of the Archiac where the Grande and Petite Champagne meet, much sought after by the larger Houses.

Michel Vallet is one of the few distillers allowed to produce small quantities of vintage Cognac put aside by his father. Michel Vallet purchased a few years ago some prime land in the Grande Champagne to complete his 'gamme'

Aromas of dried flowers prevail with hints of vanilla & nuts. Supple and round on the palate with dried fruit, prunes in the mouth.
