Producer: Chateau de Montifaud

Grape juice blended with fine cognac from the excellent Chateau de Montifaud (See Cognac).

The white is made from 50% Ugni Blanc and Colombard, and 50% a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 'à jus blanc', receiving barrel ageing. The red is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is very classy Pineau, which we strongly recommend.
