This is a glorious 82-hectare property sitting in its own bowl right in the heart of Provence near the pretty town of Lorgues. It has been under the ownership of the dynamic Valérie Rousselle since 1994.

This delicious white is made with Ugni Blanc, Sémillon, Rolle and Clairette. It has wonderful, rounded fruit flavours and a long lingering finish. An excellent match with fish dishes.
