It is our very great pleasure to welcome Pedro Lopes Vieira who is the Sales Manager for Esporao in Portugal. Born and raised in Lisbon, Pedro has always been around wine. His family has operated a small Organic vineyard and winery just for the locals for several decades. Before committing exclusively to the wine trade Pedro played 6 years of professional soccer in Portugal and Toronto. While in Toronto Pedro co-founded and managed FWP Trading - the first exclusive Portuguese wine agency in the province of Ontario. After 7 years in Toronto, moved back to Portugal. Working for Esporão since 2007, Pedro has been export manager for several European and North American Markets, and for 6 years was based in NYC where he was responsible for the successful growth of Esporão in the US market.
