Surrounded by rolling fields of wheat and barley, Alex and his wife Jane provide a quality niche alternative to the more conventional mainstream brands with their irreverently named Sheep''s Dip and Pig''s Nose whiskies and the Edinburgh Gin range. Tasting note:

Raspberry Infused Edinburgh Gin is made in small batches using a traditional family recipe using fresh Perthshire raspberries, matured with Edinburgh Gin and pure cane sugar. This results in a delicious deep, tart raspberry flavour.
