The Pais grape variety was the first to arrive in Chile in the 16th century. Grown by a large number of small farmers, the varietal 'Pais' has long been forgotten and undervalued until it was recently rediscovered for making top quality wines. Each bottle of sparkling 'Pais' consumed helps to create demand and, as a result, better conditions for the winegrowers of Chile.

This is a new wine, and it’s an organic traditional method fizz from País. Very fresh, pure and lively with subtle but bright citrus and red cherry fruit, showing lovely focus. Very linear and fruit driven.
