Soil: soil characterized by a good presence of clay which, by retaining water for longer, makes the soil less sensitive to summer dry periods while the gravels, which form the skeleton of the deeper layers, ensure optimal drainage. An appropriate supply of microelements and organic substance gives the grapes excellent ripeness and ideal acidity

Vinification: mashing and maceration with the skins for approximately 12 hours. Fermentation takes place at low temperature. Aging in cement tanks for 6 months

Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.

Residual sugars: 1 g/l
