This elegant red is a Corvina dominant wine with a touch of Rondinella that represents the pinnacle of red wine creation in the Bardolino denomination. In fact, this wine has the highest percentage of Corvina ever produced by Guerrieri Rizzardi (95%), which gives a very specific aromatic profile of red berries and spices with a very gentle, smooth tannic structure, typical of Corvina planted in the Cavaion area of the CRU. Recommended with game birds such as pheasant and guinea fowl or non-spicy pork dishes.�

DELARA our Bardolino CRU red, a wine that represents the terroir of the CRU designation of MONTEBALDO.

The colour has a likeness to red Burgundy, as too does the floral and savoury aroma. On the palate however, there is no mistaking the vibrant intensity and fine cherry character of the Corvina grape. Delara is a balanced, elegant and long lasting cru Bardolino. (Dec. 2022 DS)
