A family who has been producing wine for more than forty years. Wines are produced that represent the land despite the styles and trends of the moment. The agricultural system is organic because they believe that it yields better fruit, but this is not included on the label.

Variety: Garganega 100%

Hand picked, 30 year old vines & fermented in stainless steel. This wine goes through a malolactic fermentation which converts the less approachable malic acid into the creamier lactic acid. It is a light yellow colour & has an elegant nose of sweet field flowers: camomile, elder flower, iris. Pleasant on the palate with sweet almond on the finish.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATION:
Aperitif, delicate dishes, salads and white fish.
