The Crémant de Loire Appellation is amongst the most demanding sparkling wine appellations in France. Under the auspices of Bollinger, Langlois-Chateau has further augmented their regulations.

Elegant sparkling Crémant derived from chalky soils, these are benchmark examples of how sparkling wine from this classic, cool climate can impress. Hand harvested from six exceptional vineyard parcels in Saumur, the wines are crafted to the exacting standards of the appellation before ageing on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant and racy fruit, bready yeast flavours and zesty appley freshness is accompanied by the waxed-lemon flavours of Chenin Blanc. The addition of a fifth Chardonnay gives the fruitiness and depth.
