The Crémant de Loire Appellation is amongst the most demanding sparkling wine appellations in France. Under the auspices of Bollinger, Langlois-Chateau has further augmented their regulations.

Elegant sparkling Crémant derived from chalky soils, these are benchmark examples of how sparkling wine from this classic, cool climate can impress. Hand harvested from six exceptional vineyard parcels in Saumur, the wines are crafted to the exacting standards of the appellation before ageing on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.

This varietal wine is a perennial favourite and often sells faster than Langlois can produce it, although they never compromise on quality to release early. The flavours are of pure raspberry and blackcurrant with a freshness that leaves a good many more illustrious sparkling Rosés standing.

How to Serve
With its freshness, its fruity aromas and its fine bubbles, this Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut is an excellent aperitif and can accompany your desserts very well.
