This Dabinett is different from previous releases and has been oak-aged post fermentation in our three Seguin Moreau oak vats in the cellar. The resulting cyder has a delicate, fresh oak aroma with hints of green apple, citrus and caramel. Medium dry on the palate with the characteristic bitterness that the Dabinett apple is famous for.

Introducing our new signature blend cyder containing over 22 apple varieties, including those picked from our own Gore orchard, here on the estate. A classic West Country cyder, it is a true expression of our Somerset heritage. The 375ml bottle size makes it the perfect drink to pull from the fridge and enjoy with friends - some have even been known to sip at breakfast. Best served chilled on its own or with a piece of well-aged Somerset cheddar.

Locally harvested Kingston Black apples from the Dorset village of Melpash are freshly pressed in our cyder cellar in late October. The juice is then cold fermented and matured in our cellar for 6 months until the cyder is just off dry, before bottling. This year's vintage is lighter in colour, with aromas of quince, candy and lemon. A perfect balance of acidity, light tannin and dryness makes it the perfect balance cleanser to be enjoyed with any meal or on its own.

This is our 2020 vintage fine cyder, made with specially selected dessert apples using precise wine-making techniques and slowly cold fermented in our cellar. The result is a super-fresh elegant, still cyder; you can expect ripe pear, melon and almond on the nose, with a crisp apple taste.

Fresh pressed Newt apple juice is freeze concentrated creating a natural apple syrup. This is then cold-fermented, resulting in a deep, rich, super sweet cyder with citrus on the nose and palate. Beautiful with strong cheese, pate and fruit desserts.

A traditional sparkling method cyder - the first in the world to be bottled in a 568ml imperial pint bottle. In honour of a certain Prime Minister who was known to enjoy an 'imperial pint' sized bottle of Champagne. We don't make Champagne here in Somerset, we do make rather good cyder. The apples were freshly pressed in harvest 2018 and initial fermentation took place in the chilled cellar tanks, before being bottled and laid down to re-ferment and mature using the traditional method for a further two years.
