A delightful Domaine in the Eastern Minervois just on the edge of the small village of Mirepeisset. The Greuzard family produce a lovely, rich, spicy red from their own vineyards surrounding the property. The blend is Syrah dominant with Carignan and Grenache Noir as well. All the grapes are de-stemmed. There is only a very light filtration and ageing is in stainless steel. Good hearty Minervois!
