All the freshness of English Pears, enriched with Somerset Cider Brandy. Naturally set with unrefined sugar. Ingredients Fresh pears 92%, unrefined sugar, water, Bramley apples, lemon juice, Somerset Cider Brandy 2%, Cider 1.5%. Prepared with 110g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 60g per 100g.

Tangy rhubarb from the famous �triangle� work wonderfully in combination with the warmth of stem ginger to make Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, a perfect Rosebud pairing and enduringly popular. Ingredients Fresh Yorkshire rhubarb 69%, unrefined sugar, lemons, preserved ginger 4%, dried root ginger 1%. Prepared with 69g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 60g per 100g.
