With a few exceptions our chutneys are traditionally British. Deep, dark and rich from the addition of unrefined cane sugar and long slow cooking in open pans, they are prepared by hand from fresh raw ingredients, aromatic spices and just enough vinegar to create piquant, full-bodied and properly rounded preserves. Carefully paired for your enjoyment. Ingredients Onions 92%, unrefined sugar, dry white wine, white wine vinegar, water, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic.

A traditional British store cupboard essential. Freshly prepared with autumn fruits. Perfect with Wensleydale and Farmhouse Cheddar. Ingredients Bramley apples 39%, plums 24%, unrefined sugar, sultanas, raisins, onions, tomatoes, malt vinegar (barley), fresh garlic, fresh ginger, dried chillies, sea salt.

A rich and piquant mix of juicy figs, molassed sugar, warm cinnamon and sweet fresh orange. Perfect with Cold Roast Ham and Farmhouse Cheddar. Ingredients Figs 34%, Bramley apples, onions, sultanas, malt vinegar (barley), unrefined sugar, fresh orange juice, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, sea salt, mixed spice, cinnamon.

Deep, dark and thick with plump dried fruits, allspice and the unique Ampleforth Abbey Beer. Enjoy with Wensleydale and Farmhouse Cheddar. Ingredients Dried fruits (prunes, dates, apricots) 36% (sulphites), cider vinegar, onions, unrefined sugar, plums, sea salt, allspice, Ampleforth Abbey Beer 1% (barley), cayenne pepper.

Lightly spiced and naturally sweetened with plump dried fruit and fresh Bramley apples. Enjoy with cold Roast Pork and Farmhouse Cheddar. Ingredients Bramley apples 48%, unrefined sugar, dried peaches 10% (sulphites), dried apricots 10% (sulphites), cider vinegar, sultanas, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, sea salt, cayenne pepper.

A warming blend of English Bramley apples spiced with fenugreek, cumin and chilli. Ideal with Cured Meats and Farmhouse Cheddar. Ingredients Apples 68%, unrefined sugar, sunflower oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger 3%, mustard seed, fenugreek seed, dried chillies 1%, cider vinegar, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder, black peppercorns, sea salt.

Piquant, full-bodied and richly savoury with red onions, mollased sugar and ruby port. Perfect with Blue Stilton and Cold Meats. Ingredients Red onions 62%, unrefined sugar, white wine vinegar, redcurrant juice, ruby port 5%, herbs, spices.

Fresh, piquant and warmly spiced. Perfectly capturing the last of summer�s harvest. Enjoy with Farmhouse Cheddar and Smoked Mackerel. Ingredients: Green tomatoes 39%, apples, onions, unrefined sugar, raisins, sultanas, malt vinegar (barley), fresh garlic, mustard seed, fresh ginger, spices, sea salt.
