The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese for generations. Their famous Lancashire Bomb is a real culinary treat and must be tried and tasted to be believed. Matured over two years creating a very creamy and full flavoured taste and texture. Superb by itself or with a great red wine.

The 'Bomb' has proven to be a great success in the North of England and is spreading South rapidly by word of mouth due to the great taste and originality of the product.
