Back in 1982, Jörg Rupf founded the St. George Spirits in California, and in doing so became a founding figure in America’s craft distilling movement. Still going strong today with Lance Winters at the Master Distiller helm, St. George Spirits produces a range of spectacular drinks including a trio of terrific gins, rum, fruit brandies, whiskeys and even the first legal American absinthe released after the ban was lifted in 2007!
