"Wine Spectator described St�phane Ogier�s wines as �dynamic and elite�, while Wine Advocate wrote �the estate is unquestionably in the top handful of domaines in the Rh�ne Valley�. The family were apricot growers, then fortuitously changed to grapes. Such was the quality that, until 1982, they sold all the fruit to top estates Guigal and Chapoutier. St�phane gained experience in Beaune and Stellenbosch before taking over from his father in 2003, adding extensively to the vineyards (in C�te R�tie, Condrieu and Saint-Joseph) and building himself a gleaming, modern cellar. This brilliant white is a delicious, intriguing blend of native Rh�ne grapes Grenache, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Superbly balanced and long."
