Created from a combination of Pedro Xim�nez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting bronze spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication. The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour for maximum flavour experience.

The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour. TASTING NOTES COLOUR Burnished Mahogany. NOSE Butterscotch and honey playing the lead with raisins and mocha in the background. TASTE Honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour. TASTING NOTES COLOUR Deep Auburn. NOSE Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. TASTE The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.

Batch 4 was awarded �World�s Best Single Malt� at the World Whiskies Awards 2021

Following in the footsteps of its acclaimed predecessors, most notably Batch 4 which was awarded �World�s Best Single Malt� at the World Whiskies Awards 2021, we are pleased to introduce our latest release. The GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 8 is a marriage of whisky from Pedro Xim�nez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. The resulting liquid is rich with sweet spices, tangy orange and indulgent mocha. Batch 8 is bottled at natural cask strength of 57.2%, without chill-filtration or added colour.

From Batch 2 of our Virgin Oak Series, this golden bronze malt was first matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before undergoing additional maturation in hogsheads made of French oak (Quercus Robur), sourced from the Haute-Garonne region, for approximately 18 months. The fine-grained wood was air dried for 15 months before hosting the GlenAllachie spirit. The secondary maturation period has added silky tannins, sweet spices and fruit notes to this delectable, earthy single malt. Bottled at 48%, natural colour and non chill filtered.

From Batch 2 of our Virgin Oak Series, this exceptional malt was first matured in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels before undergoing additional maturation in casks made of Chinquapin Oak (Quercus Muehlenbergii), which is sourced from the Northern Ozark region in Missouri for approximately 18 months. The casks were air dried for almost four years, then toasted to medium level before hosting the spirit. The result is a complex, zesty malt bursting with runny honey, sweet cinnamon and orange peel. Bottled at 48%, natural colour and non chill filtered.

Built in 1967 as a small compact distillery, GlenAllachie was the fourth distillery designed by William Delme-Evans. The complete whisky making process was gravity fed and combined with unusual horizontal condensers it was a triumph of engineering and design.

Fast forward 50 years and we’re reaping the benefit when we bring you the GlenAllachie 25 year old. A combination of Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso casks specially selected by our Master Distiller Billy Walker and bottled at a slightly higher ABV of 48%.
