The Irishman Single Malt is a classic Irish malt, triple distilled and aged in Bourbon oak and Oloroso Sherry casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity. This is a small-batch production, with each batch limited to a maximum of 6,000 bottles. It has notes of candied fruit, bursting with sweetness and fig, with a delightful finish of sundried raisins and seasoned oak spices.
