Torres first started out in 1870 selling wines, adding spirits to their portfolio in 1928. Juan Torres Casals was the first to make a brandy, using the finest white wines they had. Since then they have been producing a large selection of brandies, including the Torres 10, 15, 20 and Jaime. Over the years the company have won a number of awards including Drink International's 'The Worlds Most Admired Wine Brand' award. Torres have always been committed to “producing premium quality wines whilst retaining the utmost respect for the environment". Since 2008 they have reduced their CO2 emissions by 27.6% and plan to make it 30% by 2020.
