With a superbly smooth base of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a low percentage of Vienna malt, Half Dome really hits the spot balancing drinkability with exuberant hop character. Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe form the trifecta of flavour here, offering underripe mango and pineapple with clean herbal notes of sweet basil and papaya on the finish.

This is a puckering, lip-smackingly quenching sour that packs a real punch of layered lemon tartness backed up by a balanced sweetness. A modern classic, Simcoe was first released way back in 2000, and has become a staple in craft beers around the world. We remember being blown away listening to John Kimmich, founder of the Alchemist, VT, USA talk passionately about it and its inclusion in their industry-changing Heady Topper. It was an obvious choice for the next in the series of our Dreaming Of...DDH range, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

From Above is our easy-going, quaffable gluten-free beer. Brewed using malted barley, Cara Gold and oats to bring fullness and a lovely bready malt character and dry hopped with Mosaic and Nelson. Up front, you�ll find exquisite pineapple and tropical fruit punch, a soft bitterness and mouth-watering lemon peel followed by a long finish. Beautifully balanced, drinkable and satisfying. We first brewed the original recipe for Double Denim a little over 2 years ago and loved it so much that we had to revisit it and make it bigger and better than ever. We did this by double dry hopping this time around, shining the light even further on the wonderful Idaho 7 & Nelson Sauvin from Crosby Hops & Hop Revolution. The final release from our series of beers to help celebrate our annual beer festival - Welcome to the Neighbourhood! We left the biggest until last, collaborating with our festival joint headliners and all-round amazing people; North Park. Having first met them when they came over for Hop City back in 2023 - we�ve been truly blown away by everything they do, and as it happens, they are just about to celebrate their 8th anniversary. So raise a glass to North Park and enjoy this massive triple dry hopped Triple IPA that pushes the boundaries of hopping rates that we once thought weren�t possible in beer. In 2008 Sam set off on what would become a two year odyssey cycling around the world. The first part of that trip took him from the East to the West Coast of the United States, it was on this leg that Sam started coming across small Taprooms and Breweries producing beer that left a lasting impression.
Beer became more than a way to end the day. It became a way to reflect, connect and share. Local breweries were the lifeblood of communities large & small, places for discussion, inspiration & exploration.
1 bike, 5 continents, 25 countries, 35,000 miles. The start of an idea!
After returning from that trip, Sam threw himself into the beer world, gaining experience in London before heading back to his home in the North West and settling on a 2000 Sq/ft Arch underneath Manchester's Piccadilly Station. Track was born.
After years of working away in our little arch, we finally found a location to take the next step and realise the dream we'd had since our inception. To have a Production Facility & Taproom all under one roof. In the summer of 2021 we moved up the road to our new, all in one facility on Piccadilly trading Estate, our new home.
