It only took one taste of its Trinitario bean for me to succumb to its rich, nutty smoothness and the result is this beautiful Venezuelan dark chocolate.
This truly delectable Madagascan dark chocolate takes you to the banks of the Sambirano river. Tasting so astonishingly of summer fruits, it’s sometimes hard to believe that all the flavour comes from the cacao.

Had the Aztecs eaten milk chocolate, this is how I’d like to imagine they would have created it. Silky smooth with the exquisitely layered notes of the cacao dancing with the milk.
