Laurent Guillet is a brilliant young winemaker. The average age of the vines is 50 years and yields are kept very low. Fermentation is in lined concrete vats and the wine is bottled with the lightest of filtrations the following spring. Laurent's wines are rich, concentrated and intensely flavoured. Laurents' wines are in short supply!

A blend of Grenache Noir (and a little Syrah) from the best selection of the 17 named Côtes du Rhône Villages, ‘Les Coteaux’ is enriched with a small propotion of barrel-aged wine from Sablet, Séguret and Cairanne.
An impressive classic Séguret - about as good as Côtes du Rhône-Villages gets!
Red fruits and spice on the nose. Fruity palate combined with soft tannins, for a plump and supple finish.
