Giulio Cocchi founded his business in the northwest Italian town of Asti in 1891 after becoming fascinated by the art of pairing food and wine.
He began producing quality aromatic infused wines with a great focus on the aperitivo. This led him to open several bars in the region using his recognisable surname, Cocchi (pronounced “Cocky”),asa markofexcellence.
